Jan Davis, JOBS NOW! Facilitator
Jan Davis joined SELF as the Jobs Now Facilitator in December of 2023. She joins us after many years as an HR professional, specializing in non and not for profit agencies. As a native of Hamilton, having a chance to offer her experience from the recruitment process aids in her credibility with those in the Employment Success Program. Jan also taught English at Cincinnati State and Hamilton City Schools at the beginning of her career. A love of dogs, humor, faith, and coffee (not necessarily in that order) motivates her in everything she does.

My name is Darren Mabrey. I am Getting Ahead facilitator for SELF. I love to facilitate the Getting Ahead class because I grew up in Poverty, and this is one way I can give back. I like sharing my experiences while in poverty, to show individuals that poverty does not have to be a lifelong situation.

Annette Landesman, Special Programs Manager
Annette manages SELF’s Employment Success Program team at Ohio Means Jobs as well as the JOBS NOW! community-based program. Under Annette’s supervision SELF is the lead-agency of Soaring to Success, an Employer Resource Network serving Montgomery and Butler County employers.
