Mr. Diver assumed the responsibilities in April 1996 as the first employee of the organization. He has been recognized with the Karen S. House Leadership Award for Dedication and Commitment to the Development of Leadership for Regional Collaboration by the West Chester Chamber Alliance in 2005; the Martin Luther King, Jr. Drum Major Award from the Middletown Ministerial Alliance in 2008; the President’s Award from the Middletown NAACP in 2017; and the MLK “Purpose” award by the Feed the Hungry Project in 2019.
