Nicci Haney has dedicated over 20 years to helping others through her work with Community Action Agencies. As the HEAP Coordinator at Supports to Encourage Low-Income Families (SELF), she leads the team managing home utility assistance programs, ensuring families get the support they need.

Nicci is known for her tech-savviness and creative problem-solving, always thinking outside the box to tackle challenges. Whether she’s writing grants, managing budgets, or finding new ways to improve processes, she brings dedication and innovation to everything she does.
Outside of work, Nicci is a self-proclaimed nerd who loves collecting hobbies and diving into her favorite geeky interests.
