United Way 211 is an information and referral hotline that provides access to services including: basic human services, healthcare resources, services for children, youth and families, support for older adults and persons with disabilities and employment supports.

About five years ago, the United Way of Butler County, the United Way of Greater Cincinnati—Middletown Area and the United Way of Oxford, Ohio and Vicinity formed a collaborative to fund a United Way 211 initiative that would serve all residents of Butler County with their all-encompassing, comprehensive information and referral services.
